The Emerson PR6423/00R-010 + CON031 is an integrated eddy current monitoring system composed of the PR6423/00R-010 non – contact sensor and the CON031 signal converter. The 8mm – diameter sensor adopts a compact stainless – steel design with an IP67 protection rating, operating stably at -35°C to +80°C, and it can accurately measure key parameters of rotating shafts like radial/axial displacement, eccentricity and speed without causing wear to the target. It has a linearity of ±0.025mm and a resolution of 0.01mm, with a 2m standard cable for easy installation in confined spaces. The matched CON031 converter boasts a frequency range of 0 – 20,000Hz and a rise time under 15µs; it transforms the sensor’s weak signals into standard 4 – 20mA signals and supports sensitivity adjustment. Operating at -30°C to 100°C with an IP20 rating, the converter can be fixed via 4 M5×20 screws. Widely used in steam turbines, compressors and pumps, this system provides reliable data for machinery condition monitoring and fault detection, and usually comes with a 12 – month warranty.
