The HIMA EABT3 B9302 997009302 is a high-performance modular system module tailored for industrial safety instrumented systems (SIS), which meets IEC 61508 standards and achieves SIL 3/AK6 safety levels. It is equipped with a dual-core ARM Cortex – A9 processor running at 800MHz, paired with 1GB DDR3 RAM and 4GB eMMC storage (expandable to 32GB), enabling efficient handling of safety logic configuration and fault detection tasks. Powered by 24V DC with power consumption no more than 25W and an IP20 protection rating, it operates stably at -10°C to +60°C and can be stored at -40°C to +85°C. It comes with multiple communication interfaces including 1 Ethernet port, 2 RS485 ports and 1 USB port, supports protocols like PROFIBUS, and is compatible with HIMA’s H41q and H51q systems. Featuring a dual 1oo2 redundant design and galvanic isolation between signals, it excels at safety interlocking and emergency shutdown functions. It is widely applied in oil and gas, power, petrochemical and metallurgical industries, and its modular structure allows for easy installation, maintenance and expansion.
