HIMA F7126 is a high-reliability DC power supply module tailored for HIMA safety control systems, compliant with the IEC 61508 standard and capable of reaching SIL 3 safety integrity level. It accepts an input voltage range of 18 – 36 VDC and typically delivers a stable 5 VDC output with a maximum output current of 10 A, plus a built-in current limitation function around 13 A to guard against overload and short-circuit issues. Featuring a redundant design and hot-swappable capability, it enables seamless switchover to backup modules during faults and allows online maintenance, which minimizes system downtime effectively. It can work stably within the operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and some models have IP65 or IP67 protection rating, suitable for harsh industrial environments. This compact module is widely applied in safety-critical fields like petroleum, chemicals, power and railway signaling, providing reliable power for safety controllers, sensors and other key components in the systems.
