HIMA F7133 is a 4 – channel power distribution module specially developed for industrial automation and safety – critical systems, which meets IEC 61508 standard and reaches SIL 3 safety integrity level. It operates with a 24V DC power supply and consumes only 60mA of operating current, and each of its four miniature fuses (rated at 4A slow – blow) is matched with a corresponding LED indicator, enabling real – time monitoring of the fuse status through evaluation logic. The module supports redundant design and self – diagnostic functions, and its relay contacts have a continuous load capacity of 30V/4A, which can effectively protect circuits from transient currents and short – circuits. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and an IP20 protection rating, it can work stably in harsh industrial environments. Compact in size and easy for DIN rail installation, it integrates seamlessly with HIMA’s automation systems and is widely used in petrochemicals, power, pharmaceuticals and rail transit fields to provide reliable power distribution for safety instrumented systems and process control equipment.
