HIMA K9202 (order code: 996920202) is a single-channel monitored safety relay module belonging to HIMA’s K9200 product series, which meets IEC 61508, IEC 62061 and ISO 13849 – 1 standards and reaches SIL 3/PLe/Cat.4 safety integrity levels. It is mainly used to monitor and logically process signals from safety input devices like emergency stop buttons and safety door switches, and can reliably cut off power to loads such as contactors and valves in hazardous situations. It has functions including input circuit status detection, cross-circuit detection and continuous self-diagnostics, and its output relay adopts a forced-guided structure to avoid simultaneous closing of contacts due to faults like welding. With an IP65 protection rating and industrial-grade durability, it can work stably in harsh industrial environments with a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
