The HIMA X-FAN1003 993201013 is a dedicated brushless DC fan module tailored for HIMA’s safety instrumented systems (SIS), designed to meet the heat dissipation needs of industrial control cabinets and distribution enclosures. It operates on 24VDC (with 12VDC optional) and features a low-power design with power consumption ≤5W, while delivering a stable air volume of about 3m³/min and static pressure of around 150Pa. Adopting a dual-fan parallel redundant structure, it can maintain required airflow even if one fan malfunctions, satisfying SIL 2/SIL 3 safety integrity requirements. With a compact size of roughly 120mm×80mm×45mm, it fits standard 19-inch cabinets or DIN rails, and its modular design allows for quick disassembly and maintenance. Boasting a service life of over 30,000 hours, an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, and an IP20 protection rating, it runs reliably in harsh industrial settings.
