The ICS TRIPLEX T8431 is a Trusted-series analog input module built with a triple modular redundant (TMR) architecture, tailored for safety-critical industrial applications. Complying with high safety standards, it comes with 40 input channels, functioning as a current sink to connect with 40 sourcing field input devices, and supports 0 – 22mA current and 0 – 6VDC voltage signals. It boasts 0.03% calibration accuracy and ±1% full-scale safety accuracy, with a fast 0.5ms sample update time and 1ms sequence of events (SOE) resolution for real-time and precise data acquisition. Equipped with a 2500V galvanic isolation barrier and -40 to -60dB channel – to – channel crosstalk suppression, it can stably operate in environments with electrical interference.
