The ICS TRIPLEX T9451 is a high-reliability digital output module belonging to the AADvance product series under Rockwell Automation’s ICS Triplex lineup. Adopting triple modular redundant (TMR) architecture, it ensures accurate and reliable output even if two internal channels fail, meeting SIL 3 safety standards and suiting safety-critical industrial scenarios. It is equipped with 8 independent digital output channels, each capable of continuously driving loads up to 1A at a maximum 32V DC, and comes with reverse current protection as well as short – circuit and open – circuit line monitoring for each channel. Supporting dual redundant power input, the module operates stably within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It seamlessly integrates with ICS Triplex AADvance system racks and is widely applied in oil and gas, nuclear power, and power sectors to drive valves, solenoid valves and other devices in safety instrumented systems and emergency shutdown systems.
