GE IS200DTAOH1ABA is a high-reliability digital input module that is a core component of GE’s Mark VIe distributed control system. It comes with 16 isolated digital input channels, each capable of handling 24V DC signals, and is equipped with 250V RMS galvanic optical isolation and noise filtering to reduce electromagnetic interference effectively. The module is designed with hot-swappable functionality, allowing for on-site replacement without shutting down the entire system, which significantly cuts down maintenance downtime. Its rugged structure enables stable performance within a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, suitable for harsh environments in power generation, oil and gas industries. STAI INSTALLATION:
A sheet metal carrier that is mounted on a DIN rail carries the STAI together with a plastic insulator. The STAI plus insulator can alternatively mount to a sheet metal assembly before being fastened directly to a cabinet. There are two different varieties of Euro-block terminal blocks available:
- A permanently mounted terminal block with 48 terminals is present on STAI 1.
- A right-angle header on STAI 2 accepts a variety of pluggable terminal blocks that are readily accessible and have a total of 48 terminals.
- Typically, shielded twisted pair (#18 AWG) wires are utilized. There is an I/O cable shield terminal available next to the terminal blocks.
It is possible to accept the following analog input and output types:
- Two-wire transmitter with analog input.
