GE DS200TCEAG1BTF is a core emergency oversaturation protection board in the GE Speedtronic Mark V turbine control system. It is installed in the P core area of the system and undertakes key signal processing tasks for gas turbine safety protection. Centering on real-time monitoring of turbine speed and flame conditions, the module will immediately trigger a trip protection signal once abnormal working conditions such as overspeed and flame failure are detected. It can cut off gas supply rapidly and perform emergency shutdown, preventing equipment damage and safety hazards fundamentally. Integrated with a microprocessor and programmable firmware storage unit, the board is equipped with 30 configuration jumpers and multiple protection circuits to flexibly adapt to the protection logic of different gas turbine models. With excellent industrial anti-interference performance, it ensures the stable and safe operation of turbine units in harsh industrial environments such as power and energy industries.
