General Electric IS200ERDDH1ABA is an analog I/O board belonging to the Mark V series, specifically engineered for gas turbine control systems. It is capable of scaling and conditioning a wide variety of analog signals read by terminal boards on the I/O cores R1, R2 and R3, including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4 – 20 mA signals, vibration inputs and generator line signals. It communicates and transmits signals with other boards like STCA and TCQC via connectors such as 3PL and JE; for instance, it sends processed signals to the STCA board through the 3PL connector and exchanges generator and line signals with the TCQC board via the JE connector. Notably, it can precisely adjust 4 – 20 mA input signals such as compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure signals, and supports circuit and current range configuration through hardware jumpers, which ensures stable signal transmission and reliable operation of gas turbine control systems.

STAI INSTALLATION:

A sheet metal carrier that is mounted on a DIN rail carries the STAI together with a plastic insulator. The STAI plus insulator can alternatively mount to a sheet metal assembly before being fastened directly to a cabinet. There are two different varieties of Euro-block terminal blocks available:

A permanently mounted terminal block with 48 terminals is present on STAI 1.
A right-angle header on STAI 2 accepts a variety of pluggable terminal blocks that are readily accessible and have a total of 48 terminals.
Typically, shielded twisted pair (#18 AWG) wires are utilized. There is an I/O cable shield terminal available next to the terminal blocks.
